Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Cowan Rd, Industrial District, Lorraine Rd, Gulfport and merge onto Lorraine Rd, MS-605. Continue to follow MS-605 S. Turn left at E Pass Rd. Turn right at Beauvoir Ave/Rd. Turn right at Beach Blvd/US-90 West.

From I-10 East: Take Exit 46B-A to merge onto I-110 South/MS-15 toward Keesler A.F.B/Biloxi. Take Exit 1B to merge onto Beach Blvd./US-90 West toward Gulfport.
